Orders outside these regions cannot be processed at this time.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Please ensure that all address details are complete and accurate. Seabourne cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


3. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
(Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Shipping time

Once processed, your order is shipped from our logistics centre.

Average delivery times:

  • Australia: 8–12 business days

  • New Zealand: 8–12 business days

(Monday–Friday)

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.
